Exhibition at Sculpture Garden “Op Dresen” – Roggel

From May 4 to June 30, Rineke will exhibit in the Sculpture Garden “Op Dresen” of the former gallery owners Jan Mennen from Roggel and Ton Piepers from Weert. During their visit to Rineke, the gentlemen fell head over heels for her 3D glass objects and bronze sculptures. You can go there every weekend between 13:00 and 17:00.

New: Polder

The vast rectangular fields of arable farming in the Flevopolder were the inspiration for creating this work, Polder. Repeating blocks, intersected with interruptions, but in glass. Fantastic for those who love patterns.

Visit to showroom Carolin Zibulka

In the weekend Rineke visited the new showroom of Carolin Zibulka in Kleve, just across the border near Nijmegen. Carolin creates beautiful 3D glass panels with a technique she calls Lavacoating. In her showroom you can admire and possibly purchase a piece of her collection of artwork. On Saturdays and Sundays you can visit her by appointment.
Rineke and Carolin organized the duo exhibition together last year during Reflections in Glass in the Kerkje in Persingen and can be seen together again this year. But before then, a visit to Carolin’s showroom is well worth it!

New: Remembrance

The Airgunners from the Second World War, were present at the commemoration of the dead in Rineke’s former hometown of Dronten. Their relatives each place a ‘poppy’ to commemorate their loved ones. War always only leaves loss. Lest we forget.

20 and 21 April: Open studio days

Would you like to come and see where Rineke works, see her latest pieces in real life or talk about her work over a drink? Then come to the studio in Elst on Saturday 20 or Sunday 21 April! You are welcome between 10:00 and 17:00.

These Open Studio Days are planned by Dutch Luxury Design. There are more artists who participate, so you can combine the visit.
