To catch a shape nothing works quite as well as kneading it in your hands. Rineke uses casting wax, creating shapes right in her hands using hardly any tooling. To work that way, it helps if the statues are not too large in size. The bronze caster uses the lost wax method, pouring the liquid bronze. He treats the cast statutes to get the patina Rineke wants. The images are quite heavy and also feel nice when you touch them.

Most statues are unique, but up to 8 replicas can be made. Contact Rineke for consultation about prices and delivery times.
