Rineke loves to make beautiful glass sculptures. Most works are made with glass fusion. Individual glass elements are melted together in the oven. The glass is then not only attached to each other, but also becomes a bit softer in circumference and shines beautifully. Until now, Rineke worked for glass fusion from a studio in Elst. But having your own oven has been a wish for some time. This weekend was the day. The oven, together with its base, has a considerable size. Rineke was wedged between the oven and the door in the back of the packed car for the return trip. Super happy with the possibilities that this brings.
