Wonderful weekend at Persingen

Wonderful weekend at Persingen On 9 and 10 August 2025, Rineke Nijssen and Carolin Zibulka exhibited their work together in the exhibition Reflections in Glass – 2025 in the beautiful Church of Persingen near Nijmegen. A lovely sunny day with plenty of light in the church, ideal to show the work. The almost 200 visitors […]
New: Seventies

In the seventies, the colors were fresh, bright and often contrasting. The atmosphere was optimistic, we were doing well! Rineke has tried to express that feeling in ‘Seventies’. It makes you happy and we can use that.
New: Cassata

You probably know it, cake or ice cream with those green and red candied cherries. Pink, white, and green ice cream is called Cassata, often made with strawberries, vanilla, and pistachio ice cream, and cherry pieces. Let Rineke be a real enthusiast!
New: Kitchen garden

Her cultivation trays with herbs and cut flowers for the home inspired Rineke to create this cozy Kitchen garden.
New: Yellow river

A river carrying yellow clay from the land through the water to the sea. Ripples on the water created by the current. That was what Rineke envisioned when creating this towering work.
Reflections in Glass 2025

Rineke Nijssen and Carolin Zibulka cordially invite you to their duo exhibition Reflections in Glass 2025 on 9 and 10 August from 11:00 to 17:00 in the Church of Persingen.
Exhibition at Twosome Art Gallery – Tongeren (B)

From May 26 to June 29, Rineke exhibits 3d glass objects at TwoSome Art Gallery in Tongeren, just across the border with Belgium near Maastricht. You can come and admire Rineke’s interpretation of a tropical beach, Bon bini beach. And then we went into the cozy town.
New: Blossom

Rineke made Blossom, floating on a surface, inspired by magnolia in the garden and water lilies during a walk. The work is signed with her “Crazy face”. The fresh spring is really splashing off. Delicious!
24 and 25 May National Studio Weekend

On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May, I will participate in the National Studio Weekend with hundreds of other artists. Take this unique opportunity to step into my studio and experience the work and creative process up close. During the weekend I will show a selection of my glass 3D objects and my bronze sculptures. Come and look around, ask questions and discover how an idea develops into a work of art. I hope to see you!
New: Harlequino

The checkered suit of a harlequin inspired Rineke to make Harlequino. If you look through it, the colors of the ‘pixels’ mix into the most delicious summer pastels. It makes you feel good!
