Rineke Nijssen and Sravani Panchavati found each other in art and decided to exhibit together at the EM Studio Gallery in Amsterdam.
The exhibition opens on Friday 11 October 2024 and runs until Thursday 16 October, daily from 12:00 to 18:00.
On Saturday 12 October from 17:00 to 20:00 there will be a festive vernisage where both artists will be present.

At the exhibition, Rineke will show both her bronze sculptures and her colorful 3D glass objects .

Sravani is an Indian visual artist currently living in Amsterdam.
Her creative practice is inspired by daily interactions with nature.
Simple things like golden rays of sunlight kissing lush green leaves, the sound of a trickle of water in a quiet forest, the depth of the ocean, and the colors of the sky during a sunset – these things awaken Sravani’s senses.
She likes to call her paintings ‘Earth-inspired’. Sravani tries to capture the essence of her subject through an expressive color palette and rich impasto strokes.
Through her art, she wants to bring a piece of this creation/nature closer to the viewer and hopes that it will help them build a deep connection with it.
