During a holiday, Rineke visited El Golfo, a town on the Canary Island of Lanzarote. The ocean comes crashing against the coast in all its vehemence with huge waves. Overwhelming to see! Because of all the air in the water of those rolling waves, the water becomes azure blue. It inspired Rineke to make Azure, the color of the waves in El Golfo.
