Exhibition Kunstlokaal Gemert
From Sunday 8 March to Monday 27 April I will exhibit my glass and bronze at ‘Art on Location’ in the Kunstlokaal in Gemert. I exhibit together with Rianne Withoos who shows her colorful paintings made with acrylic on canvas. The opening will be festively graced by Women’s Choir ‘Behoorlijk Bekoorlijk’.
New: Azure
In the town of El Golfo on Lanzarote, the ocean hits the coast with thunderous violence. The water in those giant waves is azure blue, beautiful!
New: Wall installation 1
Rineke always wanted to make a glass ‘object’ that could be ‘floating’ on the wall. But in such a way that the structure of the glass remains clearly visible and that light can shine through the work. The fantastic result stays in her house at the front door!
Exhibition Brabant Expressionism
11 January to 1 March: The work of the 5 artists and a collective is characterised by expressive, unconventional images, the use of bright, unnatural colours and powerful distortions, free from artistic laws.
Rineke with KuBra-Art in Bossche Wintersalon
Rineke exhibits some pieces of her work in the KuBra-Art exhibition “Bossche Wintersalon” in the Bolwerk Sint-Jan in Den Bosch. On Saturday 13 December we have a beautiful vernissage where all 34 participating artists are present. An ideal opportunity to learn more about them and their work. The exhibition is open from Thursday to Saturday from 6 December to 22 March.
Time for something new: Wall installation
Rineke wants to make something new: a wall installation that consists of several elements that can each hang independently on the wall but together form a wall installation. Such a process starts with choosing the colors of glass that will be used, in this case to fit in her own home.
